Hiding in Fortnite Dumpsters started it all

Much of this already written about here, but it's worth repeating. This whole thing, Cabbage and Corn Records, started on a dare by several of Duncan Larkin's nephews. The dare: create a Dad figure in Fortnite like that Bushcamp Dad guy and make him go viral. 

So I played a lot of Fortnite, got better at it, and then thought about making songs to accompany the playthrough videos. Dumpsterdad was born and he went on to creating a bunch of  albums and several singles.

The viral part? Well not so much. The best DumpsterDad could do was get to the 2k follower count in TikTiok.
